Audit Elements

System is based around industry standard checklists.
Checklists are stored in a Master Audit Template (M.A.T.) from which a Derived Audit Template (D.A.T.) can be created.
There is also a Commissioning Audit Template (C.A.T.) available, which is similar to the M.A.T., and can be used for new facility start-up audits.
The templates are based upon a three tier system:
- Checklists
- Topics
- Tasks
Once a D.A.T. has been created it is issued by the system in order to create a mini audit database file (.ADX). This is used by the auditor to perform the appropriate tasks.
