Lessons Learned

Lessons Learned is about capturing details of the outcomes of certain risks or mitigations. i.e. the usefulness or uselessness of risk reduction actions. This process requires a degree of discipline, as it means the user must review the risk assessment at a later stage and fill in information that he/she deems appropriate. Lessons learned can be a valuable source of information for future projects.
