The Risk Assessment screen (below) is used to record general project information. This is particularly useful for managers, allowing them the facility to check the status of multiple projects at a glance.

Each risk assessment is based around a logical 3-tier system, which enables the project plan to be split into a manageable hierarchy and creates a reference path to each risk.

The 3-tiers in risk-elimin8 are -

• Operation
• Activity 
• Risk.

Operation and Activity details are contained within the Operation screen (below). This screen can be used in two ways. Before the risk assessment, it can be used to create a project plan and during the risk assessment it can be used to reference exactly which part of the project the risk affects.
