Once a risk has been identified for a particular activity within an operation, its details are stored on the Risk screen (below). Noted here are specific identification details necessary for cataloguing and managing the risk. It is also at this stage that evaluation of the risk begins. It is assigned a probability value here (probability and impact values are discussed in the Evaluation section).
